I ran our first pay run after moving from payroll premier to reckon one but notice the YTD have not updated in the employee's record - it did update on the pay slip though. Hi Salary Sacrifice is showing as Total RECS rather than Total Superannuation - in YTD summary This was because the incorrect setting of pay item/superannuation please see below screenshot. Please assist how to amend the setting. Thanks Elizabeth
Have just changed to the new STP2 system and doing a payrun but need to edit several employees. Click on the edit icon and the screen appears but doesn't load... Any suggestions? Thanks
with all the changes, how about fixing the loading times so you don't have to lose half the day trying to do a pay run. also good job on stp phase 2 not being able to change any payslips
This just isn't cutting it..... Don't need the reports index in the print just the vital details which won't print as the Reports index is taking up all the room...... Thanks
I had an appointment to set up the STP2 migration wizard. I followed the prompts in the email and to join and nothing is happening. What could be the problem? Do I I have to set up another STP2 migration wizard appointment? This is really frustrating. Please help asap! Thank you.
Hi I just move from payroll premier to reckon payroll. The annual and personal leave are not accuring or deducting on the staff leave. It does show the change on payslip but not changing under employee tab staff leave. From memory when we moved across it did work . Any idea how it can be fixed. I've called support team…
