Hi, I seem to be having a different login sequence from week to week, session to session. I am sometimes asked to login with the username and password, sometimes with Face ID and 2FA. Last week when I used it I toggled Face ID to be on, but it seems to switch it off on it's own. I am running version 2.24.45, on iOS versionā¦

Hi there I (stupidly) submitted my eofy report before confirming the totals were correct, then discovered that I had forgotten to submit a payrun in April. I have now submitted the April payrun, but it's not included in the the eofy totals. Can you please advise how I can fix this? Thanks in advance.
Hello, I have sent the EOFY report to the ATO but my income statement still reads "Not tax ready Called the ATO and they haven't received it. Have I done something wrong? I called and got help to do this at the time.
Hi, When I put my Log in details in App it says it has sent me a 6 digit code to my mobile but I am not receiving it. The mobile is correct and I have always received the code but not this time for some reason
Due to work from home logistics as opposed to original start up - access code for logging in goes to the originators phone (which is offsite). Is there any way that the access code can be redirected to bookkeeper's phone? Depending on the above, if the answer is NO - what limitations do we expect if we have to create a newā¦
We have been using the STP App Basic for a very small payroll function, commenced 01.07.2019. Hi, Trying to work out what is going wrong. STP amounts in app and in the ATO online services match my MYOB figures for employee earnings. When I go to submit EOFY it is much HIGHER than what it should be. I have read other posts of being able to add income but cant see where I can fix it when it is to high. Have spentā¦
Hi, I'm using free Payroll App and having trouble with EOFY. The amounts in my 4 quarterly payruns look correct, but EOFY misses one employees amount and puts it in the next financial year. Not sure what the meaning of "done" and "paid" and "success" buttons are Annette
