I have inadvertently submitted my pay run on 30th November twice. It is now showing "success" twice. How do I delete one? Thanks
Hi, i cant edit a payrun - it says success, and when i go in the payrun, it gives me the gross totals but i cant see the individual's gross and tax. I need to edit a few of the payruns as they have been sent twice to the ATO. I've checked out your videos and the payrun wont open up to the individual employees
I have a new computer and am trying to install Reckon Accounts Plus 2022 which I have used on my previous computer. Keep getting Error 1920 when install gets to Reckon Payroll App. Have deleted downloads and reinstalled 3 times after restarting but same outcome.
My app is still calculating the rate at 10% - my understanding is that the rate has increased to 10.5%. I have changed the rate to 10.5% in the super guarantee section
The last 6 pays entered were paid from a new Partnership Account which has a different ABN. How do I delete these pays? I need to open a new Payroll Account for the new Partnership to enter these 6 pays. When I try to create a new account I get the message "Couldn't create Account..this could be a temporary issue"
I need to start entering in the pays for the new financial year 2022/23, is there anything I need to do for the new financial year? I noticed the new pay runs just get added on to the existing pay runs from the previous financial year

Hi Can someone assist me? I accidentally pressed the declaration button more than once when sending last weeks payroll summary to ATO via the payroll app. So now I have 3 entries in the ATO online stp records . Is there a fix for this? Many Thanka
