I processed January pay run on 31 Jan, however, it is still showing "Processing". I checked my MyGov, income statment for current FY is not updated. (It has been for a few days already. I have not been able to complete a pay run since the latest update on 16th Dec '22. After I enter a custom Tax withheld amount, because the app tables suggest there should be $0 tax withheld, I click on Done and the app closes. I need to login again, and the custom tax withheld is still at zero for the draft pay run.…
For one pay period my casual employee didn't work. I submitted a zero pay run Since that time, when i submit a pay run, the super contribution amount no longer shows when i submit. Any assistance would be appreciated.
