Carers leave
Hi Rav, Why does 'carers leave' not form part of the 'add earnings/leave' dropdown list when completing a pay run? It has been set up under pay items as shown. I understand it forms part of 'personal leave'; however, would like to differentiate between the two. Cheers, Kali

Payslips not being received
I have just entered 2 pay runs (for last week and this week) and it says the payslips have been emailed to employees and to me. I have not received it - am unable to check with employees today. Is there something I need to change in my checklist? Judi

Hi Rav, The rate showing on the left of the multiplier should that be the rate inclusive of the multiplier or the base rate (before being multiplied) for penalty rates? BUGS!!
@Rav there are so many bugs in Reckon Payroll and I keep getting told the same story "it will take 1-2 days to fix' - how are we supposed to be compliant with ATO by 30/9 when the software is full of bugs. Payroll professionals cannot tell employees they can't be paid for 1-2 days whilst our software provider sorts out…
