Hi overnight Hosted was upgraded, is anyone else struggling to find where the heck their reports are? I uploaded them and then went to File as per the direction but my goodness what a mess I can't find anything. After the upgrade my invoice seems to always default to todays date
Hi, After the upgrade last night when I am invoicing to customers - every invoice seems to default to today's date instead of remembering the last invoice date I entered like it used to. Is this a setting I can change somewhere so that it defaults to the last invoice date used and not to todays date? Thanks, Hayley

Font & colour depth changes on new Hosted upgrade
HI, Ive noticed that Reckon Hosted has been upgraded (as mentioned previously) - what I am noticing is that the font on the Home Screen has changed in font and colour depth. It is really quite harsh. Is there a way to change this please??

Issue with Templates After Reckon Upgrade
Hi Team, We are currently experiencing an issue with our templates following the recent Reckon upgrade. We have noticed that when printing documents to PDF, the header and footer labels/images are missing. However, documents sent directly through Reckon appear to be unaffected. NO LOGO VISIBLE ON PRINTED INVOICES
I have tried to follow all steps as outlined in other people's concerns and issues with this problem. Software says it is unable to save my pdf file as it is corrupt. I have tried loading my pdf into Paint - no go. I have tried loading my jpeg file into the template - still blank. Please help.

Logo not printing
When printing my invoices my logo is not printing even though it appears on the print preview. I have re-added to the logo to make sure it is in the correct place. I have checked I have the correct printer as per the new release.

Dual Screen Mode
I don't understand the dual screen option. I thought you would be able to have different screens open however its the same screen on dual windows. I don't understand the point. Please tell me I am wrong and haven't set it up properly.

DOWNLOADED FILES
Where has the toolbox disappeared to please? My financial controller always exports his reports to an Excel file and usually can download from the toolbox, however with the new look, it has disappeared.
