I see posts from 2017, when will description be a standard column, this is key/basic information on a report, in 25 years of accounting this is the most crazy thing I have seen, its crucial information and should be in all reports? Please help by putting this as top priority or we will be changing systems this summer!

One of our customers has overpaid. I have repaid them the overpayment at their request. How do I now allocate that payment to the credit showing on their statement? I've done it before but for the life of me I cannot remember! Thanks so much.

We have an auto bank feed for bank transactions. Looks like as soon as new transactions were added, the old transaction disappeared. Now Bank transaction tab shows bank transactions from 12 April. I had this issue in March QTR, I had to manually upload bank transactions.

I have been trying to find a guide or instructions on how to lodge a BAS directly from Reckon One to the ATO.
