I want to revert to draft a payrun and Reckon gives a bogus message saying it has happened but it still has the eye icon and not the pen icon next to each employee. Is this a software issue that can be fixed for me. Can you please contact me to rectify?
Hi @Rav , I've updated the company email address in Reckon Payroll and the Reckon One book and now I cannot access Reckon Payroll. It is asking me to create a new book. I have two employees that were terminated separately last week. When trying to submit STP the error message "Object Reference Not Set to an Instance of an Object" kept popping up. We have always manually entered employees hours into Reckon Payroll and for any TOIL worked/accrued we entered with a - to reflect the time taken off of the extra ordinary hours entered.
