Hi, I have had to put through personal and annual leave this morning on the new payroll system and noticed that the rates are not pulling through, I have to manually enter them. I cannot tag employee smsf to their employee set up. Last week when i ran payroll for the first time and the data was uploaded from payroll premier they were attached now it says the employee has no super set up. When i go to set up it says try again later. This is so frustrating i cant get this program correct.
Ive tried for the past few days to submit my weekly payrun. Each time i press submit a window opens (as attached). I have made no changes to staff details since last weeks payrun. All employees are current and not archived. Please assist.
