I process the final payment for a terminated employee. I find that there is no tax for unused annual leave in tax withheld calculation (The PAYG for unused annual leave should be 32%). Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

We are migrate from Payroll Premier (Desktop) to Reckon Payroll recently. I try to terminate an employee due to resignation. However, I can't find "Resignation" in Reason for termination. Is there any way I can add "Resignation" in the reason for termination? Many thanks
Hi i recently posted about a duplicate pay run I have contacted the ato and they are unable to delete it so it is still being calculated in the ytd totals. The duplicate pay run is not showing up on the app i am using however if i do another pay run and do a minus for those totals will that fix the issue???
