Hi Rav, I have received an email from Apple saying that my next subscription renewal in September is for $9.99 but I have a trial subscription for $4.99 each month until March next year. Do I need to contact Apple in regards to this issue or is it an issue on Reckons end. Thanks Claudia

Hi, I'm trying to set up Reckon payroll but when I click on the 'Check it out' banner from Reckon One, it takes me to a page to set up company details. However once I get to Step 2, it asks for a branch number (which we don't have). If I try to put in '001' it tells me that the ABN and branch number are already registered.ā¦

I an currently on STP Phase 1. I have finished my 2023/23 bookwork and it is with my accountant for final figures so I can submit the June 2023 payrun and then finalise the 2022/23 FY. At the same time I need to submit the July 2023 payrun, which I can't do until I convert to STP Phase 2. I have gone through the STP Phaseā¦
Since upgrading to STP Phase 2 the following problems are occurring. A user who has had access to the book and now the separate payroll app is getting a message to say they do not have permission to view reckon payroll even though they have been given full permission. Further to this we have entered and approved timesheetā¦
